The Saudi Interior Ministry said on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia will impose a curfew across the country during the five-day Eid al-Fitr holiday later this month to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.

The curfew will take effect from May 23 to May 27 after the end of Ramadan.

Until then, commercial and commercial companies will remain open as they are now and people can move freely between 9 am. Local time and 5 pm.
Saudi Arabia previously imposed a 24-hour curfew in most towns and cities, but it eased them at the start of Ramadan. Total isolation blocks implemented in some areas were not diluted with a large number of coronavirus infections.

To date, the Kingdom has recorded 42,925 cases of COVID 19 respiratory disease and 264 deaths.

These are the highest figures in the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which together recorded more than 107,000 deaths and 582 deaths.
