American writer Firas Al-Khatib warned readers on Monday not to warn of a bogus copy of his book The Lost Islamic History that distorts historical facts and is published online. He urged readers to buy the original book instead of engaging in piracy.
In a message posted on social media, Twitter, the author said that the false version of his book is completely inaccurate and hatred of Islam. Readers are encouraged to buy the original copy from the publisher or e-commerce giant Amazon.

On May 1 Prime Minister Imran Khan's digital media communication official Arslan Khalid, shared a free copy of the book on his Twitter page, urging users to download and read the e-book according to the Prime Minister's recommendations.
